BETH LUTHER

At the end of 2016, Beth Luther had been a real estate agent for just three years, but was already ambitiously looking to grow her business and expand her market. She set out looking for a brokerage that would provide her that opportunity, and it was then that she met Cynthia Lippert and the Engel & Völkers brand.

Immediately joining the team, Beth and Cynthia sat down to establish Beth’s specific goals for her business and how Cynthia and the EV brand would help her accomplish those.

Not long into her transition to Engel & Völkers, Beth’s growth and success began and she DID meet her ambitions quickly and efficiently. Starting with a goal of keeping her pipeline full, Beth continued to work hard under encouraging leadership and alongside the support of the other agents and the EV platform. By this year, Beth became a TOP PRODUCER - something she was surprised by, but also extremely proud of.


“TOP PRODUCER was not even on my radar originally. It was a fabulous surprise, but also something that I don’t know that I could have achieved if it weren’t for finally being in the right place.”

Grew 20% 2017 over 2016
AND grew 146% 2018 over 2017!
